A standard refresh requires a functioning website. It improves appearance and does not repair underlying functionality. If your site is broken, we’ll review the issue before recommending a suitable scope; any repair or replacement needs separate review.

One page can work well for a concise introduction, core services and contact details. Two to five pages may fit better when customers need separate pages for different services or more business information. We’ll confirm the page structure and scope before you accept a project.

Finally Found LLC reviews your request, confirms fit, scope and provider costs, and completes the applicable order and service agreements with you before project acceptance. A request is not an accepted project, signed contract, payment or guaranteed delivery date. Optional care and promotional permission need separate completed consent; publication or AI activation needs separate written approval.

The $1,250 Website Visual Refresh uses $500 initial and $750 final, with up to three consolidated in-scope revision rounds. New websites use $500 initial and $495 or $2,000 final at completion/review, with up to five rounds. Qualified standalone AI setup is $499 in advance. Bundles use one $500 initial payment, with the remainder due only when both components are substantively complete. Corrections of Agency errors do not use a revision round. The $649 One-Page Website Refresh uses $500 upfront and $149 at the standard Refresh review milestone, with three included consolidated rounds. Additional Refresh rounds are $250 each, approved before work and paid upfront. The original Refresh review window is 14 calendar days; Agency-caused errors reported within 30 calendar days after publication are covered. With completed eligible $25 promotional permission, the one-page refresh is $624 total with $124 final; requesting the credit online is not completed consent. Your completed order and selected agreements define the review, correction and payment details; no payment is collected on this site.

Cancellation terms differ by service. The $1,250 standalone Website Visual Refresh has a nonrefundable $500 initial payment; the full $1,250 becomes owed when actual work begins, subject to its Agency-termination protections. For new sites, voluntary cancellation before actual work returns the $500 deposit; after work starts and before full completion, the deposit is retained without automatically accelerating the balance. Standalone AI has a refundable $499 advance before actual configuration, becoming nonrefundable on voluntary cancellation after configuration begins. Applicable Agency-inability remedies remain.

For voluntary cancellation of an entire bundle, the $500 initial is refundable before any actual package work. Once actual work begins on either component, it becomes nonrefundable; no remaining startup balance is due until both components are substantively complete. If you cancel just one component and retain the other, separate settlement terms apply. We explain the applicable agreement before you sign.

Yes. Eligible website orders can receive a one-time $25 credit against the final payment if you affirmatively permit use of your business name, public URL and screenshots of the completed, publicly launched site. Your $500 initial payment stays unchanged. Permission is optional, is not permission to use private customer data, and does not require a favorable review. Declining has no penalty. Full consent and withdrawal details are recorded in your order.

Standard refreshes improve existing pages without adding pages. The separate $500 loyalty refresh is for qualifying returning customers with both a previous qualifying installation purchased from Finally Found LLC and an active, paid/current monthly or annual upkeep subscription. The $500 is due at completion.

Under this separate offer, an eligible multi-page website previously purchased from Finally Found LLC may be refreshed and expanded to five total standard pages. It cannot turn a Finally Modern-built one-page website into a multi-page website. We must confirm eligibility and applicable scope before acceptance; the offer is not available to every customer.

Monthly care can be canceled by email at any time, effective at the end of the paid period, with no cancellation fee or prorated refund for voluntary cancellation during a paid month. Voluntary early cancellation of annual care has no prorated refund; care continues through the paid term with the required access and cooperation. Canceling before annual conversion prevents monthly continuation. Agency inability to provide care is handled separately under the agreement. The completed order supplies the cancellation route and dates.

You retain ownership of your domain, hosting, Upfirst account, telephone numbers and business content. Agreed deliverable rights and handoff follow the selected service agreement. We use authorized access, and publication or phone activation requires separate written approval after the applicable review, payment, privacy and technical checks.
