How Finally Found LLC handles information submitted through Finally Modern.

What we collect and why
Order requests collect your business and contact details, business address, website, selected services and options, and any project notes you provide. Consultation requests collect your name, business, email, optional telephone number and a brief description. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposed scope or completed customer agreement.
Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive information about your customers. A request does not create a signed agreement, payment, subscription or accepted project.
Where your request goes
Cloudflare Workers hosts the request service, and Cloudflare D1 stores submitted requests privately. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for spam; technical information, including your IP address, is used for spam checks and request limits. Our application does not store raw IP addresses or Turnstile tokens in inquiry records.
Resend sends a limited internal alert to our company Gmail inbox. The alert contains a request reference, time, request type and, for an order, the selected service. It does not contain the submitted contact details or project description. We do not send an automatic customer confirmation email.
Who can access requests
Initially, only the Owner is authorized within Finally Found LLC to retrieve private submissions using protected Cloudflare access. We do not provide a public request directory or customer-record dashboard. Cloudflare, Resend and Google process the information needed to provide their respective services.
How long we keep inquiries
We delete inquiries confirmed to be inactive and unconverted after 180 days without activity. Scheduled cleanup checks reviewed records daily. Active discussions, customer records awaiting transfer into separate customer recordkeeping, and records with a legitimate legal retention need are protected. If an inquiry’s status or last activity is unclear, we retain it for authorized review instead of automatically deleting it.
Deletion from the active inquiry database also removes its associated notification queue record. Cloudflare’s current database recovery history can retain an earlier copy for up to seven additional days as that history expires. Recovery is restricted, and retention status must be checked before recovered records return to use. Limited alert metadata in company email or provider records may remain separately; database deletion does not erase those systems automatically.
